Description
Sambal Sedap is the mother of all sambal base.
To make it even interesting, you may add in lime juice to make sambal for ikan bakar (grilled fish).
It can also be used when frying stuffed fish (ikan cencaru sumbat). It is also delicious to stir fry with squid or any other seafood, chicken or vegetables.
